Functionality Recently Added to LMV Website (flyingdocs.org)

- continued focus on Command Central for Trips as the "one place" where trip activities are performed
- implemented Pilot and Treasurer "boxes" at Command Central
- implemented ability for pilots to Self-Certify their records
- implemented online General Release of Liability
LMV Databases -- enhancements and status
- usage of LMV databases:
- Roster Database: chapters doing a better job at keeping membership status (active, inactive) and dues status (paid on, paid via) up-to-date
- Trip Planning: all chapters using for all upcoming trips
- Trip Sign Up: vast majority of travelers now signing up online
- Trip Waivers (for LMV-piloted flights only): all now being submitted online
- Trip Reports: usage up in all chapters, although could be submitted more quickly following trip... important for tracking #patients served
- Pilot Reimbursement: usage up in all chapters
- Traveler Per Diem: usage up in all chapters
- good movement of chapters to using PayPal for membership dues (43% of dues-current members now on auto-renew)

- traffic (visits/week) trending up nicely (+35% from last year)
- good and improving average time-on-site (increased from 4 minutes to 5 minutes over past year)
- visits from all US states, 84 Mexican cities, and 138 countries
Facebook Page Status

- fan base has grown steadily to now 605 fans
- our fans are becoming more frequent visitors (see above graph of monthly active users)
- 71% of fans are under 45 years old (2% improvement from Jun-2011)
- now targeting 750 fans... ratio of total fans to members should be ~2:1... tell your friends, and their friends!
