All the Trip Reports & Reimbursement Forms get stored in a searchable database... and they're automatically forwarded to your chapter treasurer.  Here's how you review your submittal... and if you really want a printed paper copy, to get that too.

• first go to the Members tab
• login at the lower left
• bring up the Trip Report Database (this is where all the already-submitted Reimbursement forms go) -- or click this link:
  http://creator.zoho.com/waynemcc/lmv-trip-reports/#View:Clinic_View
• find your trip... scroll to village, or easiest way might be... Search, End Date after 1-October-2009, Search
• you can use either the Clinic View or Pilot View (buttons at the top)
• in the row of your trip, right-mouse (this is key to make it easily "printable") on Edit, Open Link in New Tab
• this now displays your full Trip Report & Reimbursement Form
• use your browser's Print command
