• Trip Postponement
  • if a Single-plane Trip can not go (for weather, for mechanical, or for key-traveler cancellation), then that LMV team will make best efforts to reschedule trip to that same village within the following 8-week period
  • if one plane of a Multi-plane Trip can not go, then remaining planes (all else equal) should continue with trip plans for that village on the originally scheduled date
• Traveler Cancellation (already described in Trip Registration)
  • all LMV travelers will be encouraged to submit Trip Registration and payment of Trip Expenses at least 5 days before departure, by PayPal (preferred) or by check.
  • if a traveler cancels their participation in the trip after registration/payment, it is the chapter's (the chapter having received Trip Expenses payment, normally the pilot's chapter) discretion to refund none, some or all of the traveler's trip expenses payment
