an orphanage, school and clinic just south of Ensenada, BC, Mexico- facility built by Larry Tabor, Bill Rush with support from LMV BA, the Auburn and Grass Valley Rotary Clubs
- no explicit involvement-to-date by LMV (BA has given financial support)
- in the past 2 years, 16 LMV members have participated, independent of LMV, in Casa Hogar clinics (15% of clinic participants)
